For Groups, special rules apply
for payment and cancellation.

Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 14:00 the day before arrival to avoid billing (24-hour cancellation).
If you not cancel on time you will be charged the first night.

It is also possible to cancel via email

NOTE that the amendments to bookings must be made via email or fax.
